While many fans are likely ready to see Bryan come back, the truth is that the former WWE world heavyweight champion appears to be no closer to returning than he was before.
This is not good news for fans or WWE itself as it was surely anticipating Bryan's return in the very near future. And as the company forges ahead without him, the truth is that it definitely misses Bryan's high energy.
Bryan's meteoric rise to the top of WWE began at SummerSlam in 2013. It was on that night that Bryan pinned John Cena to become the new WWE champion. However, his celebration was cut short by Triple H, who shockingly betrayed him in the middle of the ring.
