After a 100% win rate in pre-season and a flurry of majorly exciting new recruits, Manchester United fans had every right to feel optimistic about the forthcoming Premier League season. Louis van Gaal was deemed the right man to airbrush the miserable previous 12 months out of the clubs history, leaving the whole David Moyes blunder just a horrible dream that everybody can wake up from. But, after just five league games the same cracks that Mr Moyes kept stumbling over look to be resurfacing as Manchester United slumped to a 5-3 defeat away at newly promoted Leicester City.
